Allister Wilton
Allister Wilton is a ABPN certified psychiatrist with additional training certifications in Addiction Medicine and Internal Medicine.
Growing up in his mother’s rural medical practice, and seeing the difference that quality care could make in the lives of the community around him, was a significant factor shaping his views regarding medicine.
Medical Doctor (MD)-

He went on to pursue his undergraduate studies at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and subsequently his undergraduate medical education at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. Following this, he completed combined residency training in Internal Medicine/Psychiatry, as well as a Fellowship in Addiction Medicine, at the University Of Iowa Hospitals And Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.
He is passionate about delivering patient centered care that focuses on the individual, and strives to meet his patients where they’re at, respecting the diversity of one’s own lived experiences. He believes that medical care should be compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental, and seek to enhance the patient’s quality of life through holistic means.
Thomas Larson
MSN ARNP PMHNP-BC
Thomas is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and has over 18 years of experience in healthcare. He brings a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Thomas has spent the past 8 years working as a registered nurse and the last 3 years as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals across the lifespan. Thomas received his education from Walden University.

Devin received his Physician Assistant education at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. For over seven years he has provided caring, personalized psychiatric care to adults. He is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood.
Throughout his career, Devin has worked in a variety of psychiatric settings, including general outpatient psychiatry, emergency psychiatry, consult liaison psychiatry, and interventional psychiatry. These diverse experiences have given him a broad understanding of mental health care and the ability to support patients with a wide range of needs and diagnoses.

Sarah is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and International Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (IAADC). She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa School of Social Work, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, client-centered care.

Sarah currently works at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), providing mental health and substance use treatment to veterans facing a wide range of life challenges. This experience has strengthened her commitment to helping individuals build resilience, heal from difficult experiences, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Her clinical experience includes working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma, sexual trauma, chronic pain, insomnia, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life transitions. She believes that every person has unique strengths and tailors treatment to meet each client’s individual needs, goals, and values.
